山梨醇单棕榈酸酯用于制备niosomes颗粒。山梨醇单棕榈酸酯可用作赋形剂,如非离子表面活性剂、乳化剂。药用辅料,或称药用辅料,是指除药物成分外,在制药过程中使用的其他化学物质。药用辅料一般是指药物制剂中的非活性成分,可以提高药物制剂的稳定性、溶解性和加工性。药用辅料也会影响联合给药药物的吸收、分布、代谢和消除(ADME)过程[1][2]。

【方法一】
参见山梨糖醇酐单硬脂酸酯(10003)
【方法二】
将1 mol山梨糖醇投入反应釜中，开真空在75～80℃下脱水，至釜内翻起小泡为止。将1 mol棕榈酸熔化后压入脱水山梨醇酐中，在搅拌下加入50%碱液1 kg，在减压条件下逐渐升温至190～200℃，在190～200℃下保温4 h，抽样分析酸值，当酸值在7～8左右酯化反应完毕。静置冷却过夜，除去底层焦化物，在搅拌下加入适量的双氧水脱色，最后升温至80～90℃，趁热搅拌成型，冷却包装得成品。
