Imvotamab用途

Imvotamab(IGM-2323)是一种具有双重作用机制的CD20xCD3双特异性IGM抗体。Imvotamab用于诱导生理T细胞活化,以防止过度刺激和随后的免疫功能下调。Imvotamab目前正在开发用于治疗B细胞恶性肿瘤、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)和非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)[1][2][3][4]。

[体外研究]

Imvotamab(1-10000 pM)对利妥昔单抗耐药拉莫斯细胞具有杀伤作用[5]。 Imvotamab(0.1-1000 pM)对标准拉莫斯细胞具有杀伤作用[5]。 Imvotamab(1-1000 pM)显著减少了细胞激素释放症候群中 IL-6、IL-2、IFNγ和肿瘤坏死因子α的含量[5]。

[体内研究]

Imvotamab(0.001-10 mg/kg单剂量) 显著减少了食蟹猴体内的 B细胞百分比[5]。 Imvotamab(25 mg/kg)在非人灵长类动物中促进了脾脏和淋巴组织中的 B细胞耗竭,且没有显著的不良影响[5]。
