[体外研究]

发现杀螨虫染料Hydroxystilbamidine bis(甲磺酸盐)允许在用Nonidet P-40(NP-40)释放多核糖体后恢复mRNA。洗涤剂裂解的核后上清液的蔗糖梯度分析用于分析NP-40释放的多核糖体的大小分布。肝素梯度显示一些多核糖体,而羟基二嘧啶双(甲磺酸盐)梯度显示非常重的多核糖体的非常大的峰。如果在添加NP-40 [1]之前存在羟基噻嗪二(甲磺酸盐),则可重复获得该峰。

[体内研究]

羟基雌甾烷二(甲磺酸盐)是在绵羊红细胞(SRBC)刺激前给予斑块形成细胞(PFC)反应的有效抑制剂。 Hydroxystilbamidine bis(甲磺酸盐)抑制治疗小鼠的斑块反应。在整个实验中,在羟基二甲脒双(甲磺酸盐)处理的小鼠中观察到较少的PFC,但抑制水平随时间降低。到第14天,在羟基雌甾烷二(甲磺酸盐)处理的小鼠和对照组中观察到的PFC数基本上处于背景水平[2]。

[激酶实验]

本研究中使用了丝绸幼虫。在第五龄的第四天或第五天（~4.2g体重）的幼虫注射35μL的10mg / mL环己烷亚胺H2O溶液。 5分钟后，将动物固定在冰中，解剖后部丝腺并在冰冷的0.15M NaCl，0.015M柠檬酸钠，100μg/ mL环己酰亚胺中洗涤。将来自两只幼虫的洗过的腺体置于含有4.7mL 40mM三乙醇胺-HCl，pH 7.5,0.15M蔗糖，0.1M KCl，3mM MgCl 2,2mM还原型谷胱甘肽，10μg/ mL环己酰亚胺，750μg/ mL的均质器中。大肠杆菌tRNA，和适当浓度的RNase抑制剂（肝素钠，1.5μg/ mL或羟基二甲氨嘧啶双（甲磺酸盐），1.5 mM）[1]。

[动物实验]

在抗原前3天，2天和1天给小鼠（每组6只）施用不同剂量的羟基二嘧啶双（甲磺酸盐）（HSB）。在注射抗原后1或2天给予其他组羟基二嘧啶双（甲磺酸盐）。另一组小鼠同时接受抗原和羟基二嘧啶双（甲磺酸盐）。对照组仅接受抗原。抗原剂量由2×108只绵羊红细胞（SRBC）组成。注射SRBC后4天，处死小鼠并取出脾脏并通过噬斑测定法测定噬斑形成细胞（PFC）[2]。
