[体外研究]

胆酸(1 mg/mL,30分钟)竞争性结合HepG2细胞上的钠/牛磺胆酸协同转运多肽(NTCP),并显著抑制胆酸(CA)-纳米脂质体(LPs)-阿霉素(DOX)-盐酸的摄取,这表明CA-LPs-DOX-HCl也通过NTCP介导的内吞途径被摄取[1]。

[体内研究]

胆酸(1%(w/w)补充胆酸的饮食；p、 o。；14天)可能通过上调miR142-3p降低SHP(小异二聚体伴侣)蛋白表达。胆酸增加CYP2D6的表达和活性[2]。动物模型：Tg-CYP2D6成年雄性小鼠(8周龄,体重20–25克)[2]剂量：1%(w/w)补充胆酸的饮食给药：口服,14天结果：降低SHP表达,增加CYP2D6s活性。
