Bendazac 是一种氧乙酸,具有抗炎、抗过敏、利胆和抗血脂的特性。Bendazac 阻止蛋白质变性,延缓白内障的发生过程。

[体外研究]

本达沙是一种具有蛋白质抗凝血特性的抗炎药,对各种炎症性皮肤病有效。Bendazac被证明是化学氧化系统中的一种强反应底物,它模拟了羟基自由基生成的生理途径[2]。利用自旋标记牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的EPR光谱研究表明,Bendazac可以阻止尿素、热和黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的自由基引起的BSA变性[2]。
