[体内研究]

马来酸利舒利酯(0.78和3.13 mg/kg;i.p.;p.o.)对i.p.的效力是p.o.的3-4倍[2]。利舒利(马来酸)(0.78-3.13 mg/kg;i.p.)拮抗利血平引起的运动抑制和低温[2]。马来酸利舒利酯(0.78-3.13 mg/kg;i.p.)的效力与阿朴吗啡和D-安非他明相当,在低至0.10 mg/kg i.p.的剂量后,可引起显著的低温[2]。动物模型:NMRI小鼠(18-25 g)[2]剂量:0.78和3.13 mg/kg给药:i.p.,p.o.结果:i.p.的效力是p.o.的3-4倍。。
