肉豆蔻酰辅酶A锂盐用途

Myristoyl coenzyme A lithium 是锂标记的肉豆蔻酰化的辅酶 A (CoA)。肉豆蔻酰化是病毒中必不可少的过程,一般情况下受 N-肉豆蔻酰转移酶 (NMT) 控制。而 NMT 在结肠上皮肿瘤中比在正常细胞中的活性更高。已知还原性的 Ccoenzyme A (CoA) 是 NMT 活性的关键调节因子,而氧化的 CoA 则不允许 NMT 促进肉豆蔻酰化。Myristoyl coenzyme A 阻碍去肉豆蔻酰化的过程具潜在的抗癌和抗病毒机制。
