[体外研究]

去甲肾上腺素是一种α-受体激动剂,在人体内被代谢成间羟基苯乙二醇(MHPG)和间羟基扁桃酸(MHMA)[1]。尿MHMA可能来源于间-章鱼胺或间-肾上腺素(去氧肾上腺素)或两者兼而有之[1]。
