2-萘酚制备

1.由萘经磺化、碱熔制得。磺化碱熔法是国内外广泛采用的生产方法,但腐蚀严重,成本较高,废水生物氧耗量高。美国氰胺公司开发的2-异丙萘法,以萘和丙烯为原料,在生产2-萘酚的同时副产丙酮,这方法与异丙苯法制苯酚的情况类似。原料消耗定额:精萘1170kg/t、硫酸1080kg/t、固体烧碱700kg/t。

2.将熔融的精萘加热至140℃,以萘∶硫酸 =1∶1.085 ( 摩尔比)的比例,将98%的硫酸在20min
内均匀加入后,升温至160~164℃进行2.5h的磺化反应,当2-萘磺酸含量达66%以上,总酸度为25%~27%时,反应结束,然后于160℃进行水解反应1h,在140~150℃下用水蒸气吹去游离萘,再缓慢均匀加入事先预热至80~90℃的相对密度为1.14的亚硫酸钠溶液进行中和反应至刚果红试纸不变蓝为
止。反应中生成的二氧化硫气体及时用蒸汽排除,中和产物降温至35~40℃冷却结晶,吸滤所得结晶用10%食盐水洗涤,吸干后,于300~310℃下加到熔融态的98%的氢氧化钠中,搅拌并维持320~330℃,使2-萘磺酸钠碱熔为2-萘酚钠,然后用热水稀释碱熔物,再通入上述中和反应生成的二氧化硫,在70~80℃下酸化反应直到酚酞呈无色为止。将酸化产物静置分层,所得上层液体加热至沸,静置,分去水层,所得粗品2-萘酚先加热脱水,再减压精馏,可得纯品。

3.此法以萃取结晶法去除2- 萘 酚中的1- 萘酚。将2-萘酚与水以一定比例混合加热至95℃,当2-萘酚熔融后,用力搅拌混合物并迅速降温至85℃左右,将结晶的浆状产物冷却至室温并过滤,即可。经 纯 度 分 析,1-萘 酚 含 量 为痕量。

4. 由2-萘磺酸经碱熔而制得。
