Reveromycin A用途

Reveromycin A 是一种从链霉菌属中分离出来的苯甲醌类抗生素 (antibiotic),是选择性的真核细胞中蛋白质合成 (protein synthesis) 抑制剂。Reveromycin A 通过诱导破骨细胞的凋亡 (apoptosis) 来抑制骨吸收。Reveromycin A 对肿瘤细胞系具有抗增殖活性,并具有抗真菌 (antifungal) 活性。

[体外研究]

通过选择性阻断异亮氨酸tRNA合成酶的酶活性来抑制破骨细胞(OCs)的蛋白质合成[2]。混响霉素A(0.3-30μM；作用24h)通过抑制蛋白质合成诱导OCs细胞凋亡[2]。

[体内研究]

在正常4周大的雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠中,Revolymina A(20mg/kg；每天两次；静脉注射；持续3天)显著减少OCs的数量,而不影响成骨细胞的数量[2]。
