乙二醇-双(β-氨乙醚)-N,N,N′,N′-四乙酸四钠盐

用途

EGTA四钠是一种特殊的钙离子螯合剂。EGTA四钠在生理pH(7.4)下的表观钙离解常数(Kd)为60.5nm,对Ca2+比Mg2+具有非常高的特异性(Mg2+KD1-10mM)。EGTA四钠显著抑制炎症巨噬细胞的基质粘附能力[1][2]。

[体外研究]

EGTA四钠作为根管冲洗剂,以时间和剂量依赖性方式降低炎症巨噬细胞的基质粘附能力。引起IC50的EGTA四钠浓度为202 mM。螯合剂与羟基磷灰石晶体中的钙离子反应生成金属螯合物。去除牙本质中的钙离子会使牙本质组织更柔软,尤其是富含羟基磷灰石的管周牙本质,并增加暴露的牙本质小管的直径[2]。
