1. 铁粉还原法 由对硝基酚还原而得。原料消耗定额:硝基苯酚(工业品)1388kg/t、铁粉1778kg/t、30%盐酸200kg/t。

2. 苯酚亚硝化法 由苯酚经亚硝化、还原、酸析而得。

3. 偶合还原法 以苯胺为原料,经重氮化、偶合、铁粉还原而得。

4. 硝基苯催化氢化法 多以铂,钯或二者作催化剂,在10-20%硫酸水溶液中氢化还原为苯基羟胺,随即转位对氨基酚,收率70-80%。在反应系统中加入表面活性剂等对提高产率有一定效果。5.硝基苯电解还原法 日本三井东压精细化学品公司采用在硫酸溶液中电解还原硝基苯,经苯基羟胺转位成对氨基酚,1977年6月该公司在大牟田工厂内建成一套1000吨/年装置。
