用途

X-Gluc环己胺是一种用于检测β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(GUS)的染料试剂,GUS是由大肠杆菌产生的酶。X-Gluc环己胺可用于检测食品、水和尿路中的大肠杆菌污染(GUS作为特定检测指标)。X-Gluc环己胺也广泛用于分子生物学实验,以标记和检测靶基因的表达(与GUS基因反应,呈蓝色)[1]。

指导原则(以下是我们推荐的方案。本方案仅提供指导原则,应根据您的具体需要进行修改)。1.将20 mg X-Gluc环己胺溶解在1mL二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,以制备X-Gluc-主混合物。2.将制备的X-Gluc溶液以50μg/mL的最终浓度添加到琼脂培养基平板中,无需灭菌。3.让盘子风干,用于接种微生物。4.在35°C下培养平板,接种后观察16-24小时。
