癸醛制备

1.存在于天然玫瑰油；柠檬草油；胡荽子油；柑桔油；鸢尾根油；橙花油等中，可通过生成亚硫酸氢盐化合物，然后同其他醛一起从精油里分离出来。工业上生产癸醛，是将癸醛与蚁酸的钡盐混合物在减压下蒸馏制得；或将十一烯酸先制成羟基十一烯酸后干馏制得。也可以用C7-C12组成的正构混合脂肪醇在210℃下用硼酸处理，并同时蒸出生成的水和杂质：将得到的癸醇硼酸酯用热水分解，析出的癸醇用真空蒸馏提纯：然后，在铜铬催化剂下，在200-220℃和减压操作下将癸醇脱氢得到癸醛：工业品癸醛为淡黄色透明液体，含醛量不低于70%（沪Q/QBH 88-79）。

5.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器的3L反应瓶中，加入吡啶94.9g（1.2mol），1500mL二氯甲烷，搅拌下冰浴冷至5℃，一次加入三氧化铬60g（0.6mol），搅拌反应5min。于1h内慢慢升至20℃。迅速滴加1-癸醇（2）15.8g（0.1mol）与400mL二氯甲烷的溶液。加完后继续搅拌反应15min。倾出反应液，焦油状黑色沉淀物用乙醚提取3次。合并有层，依次用冷的5%的碳酸氢钠溶液1000mL×3、水洗涤，无水硫酸镁干燥。蒸出溶剂后减压分馏，收集96～98℃/2.1kPa的馏分，得1-癸醛（1）9.8～10.2g，收率63%～66%。
