烯酰吗啉用途

二甲吗啉是一种吗啉类杀菌剂,可抑制真菌细胞壁的形成。二甲吗啉抑制卵霉菌P.citrophthora、P.parasitica、P.capsici和P.infestans的菌丝生长(EC50s分别为0.14µg/mL、0.38µg/mL、<0.1µg/mL和0.16-0.3µg/mL),但在体外对绿藻种C.vulgaris或S.obliquus的活性较弱(EC50s分别为47.46µg/mL和44.87µg/mL)。在MDA-kb2人类乳腺癌细胞的报告分析中,二甲基吗啉抑制雄激素受体(AR)活性,但在酵母抗雄激素筛选中不抑制(IC20s分别为0.263µM和38.5µM)。
