溴代环己烷制备

1.由环乙醇与溴氢酸反应而得：将环乙醇与48%氢溴酸加热回流6h。在反应混合物中加入少量水，分出下层的有机相，用无水氯化钙干燥。蒸馏，收集163-165℃馏分即为成品。产率74%。

2.制法：

于装有磁力搅拌器、回流冷凝器的反应瓶中，加入氧化汞2.0g，环己烷(2)4mL,室温搅拌。而后加入2.0mL(2.02mol/L)的溴的四氯化碳溶液，继续搅拌反应20min。其间溴的颜色逐渐消失。分析证明，其中生成溴代环己烷(1)1.58mmol，收率79%。由环己醇、溴化钾、硫酸为原料合成溴代环己烷，溴化钾于环己醇的摩尔比为1:0.8时，收率约90%。
