用作医药原料,制造染料、纤维处理剂、防腐添加剂等的中间体,可作水溶性涂料基料、合成树脂溶剂等

用作染料中间体、织物的助染剂及防腐剂,也用于制药工业
【用途三】
该品用于离子交换树脂、聚氨酯催化剂、医药(局部麻醉剂盐酸丁卡因、抗组胺剂,镇痉剂和抗高血压药物等)、乳化剂、纺织助剂、阻蚀剂、防垢剂、染料及油漆溶剂、合成763树脂及其固化剂等;还用于燃料油添加剂,作为丙烯酸衍生物而用作城市净水场的絮凝剂。在日本,该品的50%用于离子交换树脂,13.8%用于聚氨酯催化剂,涂料方面的消费占11.2%。
【用途四】
二甲基乙醇胺DMEA(108-01-0)可用于制备可用水稀释涂料,也是甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙基酯的原料,丙烯酸酯用于制备抗静电剂、土壤调节剂、导电材料、纸张助剂和絮凝胶;二甲基乙醇胺DMEA还用于水处理剂,防止锅炉腐蚀。
在聚氨酯泡沫塑料中,二甲基乙醇胺DMEA(108-01-0)是一种辅助催化剂,也是一种反应性催化剂,二甲基乙醇胺DMEA可用于聚氨酯软泡和聚氨酯硬泡配方。在二甲基乙醇胺DMEA的分子中有一羟基,能与异氰酸酯基反应,因此二甲基乙醇胺DMEA(108-01-0)可以结合在聚合物分子上,不致像三乙胺那样易挥发。

1.环氧乙烷法 由二甲胺与环氧乙烷进行氨化,经蒸馏、精馏、脱水而得。
2.氯乙醇法 由氯乙醇与碱进行皂化生成环氧乙烷,再与二甲胺合成得到二甲氨基乙醇。工业品二甲氨基乙醇,纯度≥95%。原料消耗定额:氯乙醇(32%)5500kg/t、二甲胺(40%)2200kg/t。生产时,也可以将氯乙醇直接滴加到二甲胺中,收率为85%。
精制方法:常压或减压蒸馏精制。
