苯醌上下游产品

苯醌制备

1.将苯胺溶于稀硫酸中,经二氧化锰氧化,用蒸汽蒸馏法分离提纯,结晶、脱水、干燥,得成品。在工业生产中,这一过程也是生产对苯二酚的中间步骤,在某些场合,例如试剂生产药物制造,也采用以对苯二酚为原料,氧化制备对苯醌。原料消耗定额:苯胺2000kg/t、硫酸(93%)8500kg/t、软锰矿粉(含锰60-65%)9500kg/t。

2.将苯胺溶于稀硫酸中,经二氧化锰氧化,用蒸气直接蒸馏法进行分离提纯,再经结晶、脱水、干燥,即得产品。

3.电化学氧化合成 采用氯化三乙基苄基铵(BnEt3NCl)为相转移催化剂,以苯为原料,H2SO4、Na2SO4为支持电解质,在铅基二氧化铅阳极上电化学氧化合成对苯醌。优化的工艺条件是:BnEt3NCl含量0.1%,苯为16%或4%,Na2SO42%,温度40℃,电流密度2.5A/dm2,电流效率大于38%,最大产率达63%。
