将吗啡啉、溶剂汽油(或苯和甲苯)及少量水加入反应釜,搅拌均匀后,将一氯化硫、汽油和氢氧化钠溶液同时滴加于釜内,控制温度在10℃以下,氢氧化钠溶液应稍前于一氯化碳滴加完。滴加完毕后,补加一定量水,继续搅拌30min。然后将反应物进行抽滤,滤液进行汽油与水相分离并回收汽油。滤饼加入离心机内用水洗涤至中性,脱去水后进行干燥处理即得成品。
