以正丙醇为原料在Ni-Cu-Al2O3催化剂作用下，脱氢生成丙醛，然后与氨加成，脱水、加氢生成丙胺，再经反复脱水、加氢生成二丙胺和三丙胺。反应温度为（210±10）℃，压力为396.66kPa。正丙醇空速为0.25-0.51L/L·h-1。原料配比为醇：氨：氢＝4：2：4。正丙醇转化率为75%-83%，二、三丙胺总产率为75%-80%，其中二丙胺37%-41%，三丙胺35%-40%。原料消耗定额：丙醇3500kg/t、氨500kg/t、氢气1200m3。
