[体外研究]

300nM的Triclocarban增强了大鼠胸腺细胞中300μMH2O2的细胞毒性。 300nM的三氯卡班本身不会增加死亡细胞的数量,它促进H2O2诱导的细胞死亡过程,导致死细胞群的进一步增加[1]。 Triclocarban通过在ER报告基因测定中诱导荧光素酶活性,促进MCF-7细胞的增殖,上调pS2的表达和下调MCF-7中mRNA和蛋白质水平的ERα表达来发挥雌激素活性。细胞[2]。

[体内研究]

Triclocarban在人体受试者淋浴时使用的肥皂中被大量吸收,其全血中的Cmax范围为23 nM至530 nM [1]。妊娠三氯卡班暴露不影响大坝携带后代到足月的能力,但哺乳期间三氯卡班暴露对后代的存活有不利影响[3]。

[动物实验]
