用途： Description NPTC is a reagent developed in the Wipf lab to install a Tempoc protecting group. The Tempoc group is useful for protecting primary, secondary, and heterocyclic amines and is complimentary to both Boc and Cbz protecting groups. Tempoc deprotection can be performed under mild reductive conditions with in situ generated Cu(I) species or by thermolysis at 135 °C.
