摘要

Cryptosporidium parasites are important waterborne pathogens of both humans and animals. The Cryptosporidium parvum and Cryptosporidium hominis genomes indicate that the only route to guanine nucleotides is via inosine 5′-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH).
