摘要

Abstract A series of new beta-adrenolytics derived from p-hydroxyacetophenone was synthesized by four methods. The most advantageous was found to be the five-step synthesis via reaction of the intermediate oxirane with amines. The selected compounds reveal a beta-adrenolytic and antiarrhythmic activities.
