Abstract A stereoselective synthesis of new dipeptide mimetics based on a diazabicycloalkane scaffold is reported. The route starts from enantiomerically pure azabicycloalkenes 1 that are bis (hydroxylated) and coupled N-terminally to a second amino acid.
