Abstract Two aminomethylphosphane derivatives of adenine 9-(2-{bis [(diphenylphosphanyl) methyl] amino} ethyl) adenine (La) and 9-(3-{bis [(diphenylphosphanyl) methyl] amino} propyl) adenine (Lb) were synthesised.
