Abstract: The diastereomeric platinum complexes of 1, 2-cyclononadiene,[(+ C9HI4) PtCl2 (Am*) I where Am* represents either optically active a-methylbenzylamine or p-nitro-a- methylbenzylamine have been prepared and partially separated by fractional crystallization.
