摘要

The alkaloid toxoflavin (1), first isolated in 1933 from Pseudomonas cocovenenans, 1 has been shown to possess antimicrobial activity and has been the target of a number of total syntheses. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Derivatives of toxoflavin have also been described with these compounds possessing a variety of biological properties.
