摘要

An asymmetric synthesis of the tubulin polymerisation inhibitor (S)-(−)-N-acetylcolchinol is reported based on an intramolecular biaryl oxidative coupling of a 1, 3-diarylpropyl acetamide intermediate using phenyliodonium bis (trifluoroacetate) as the final step.
