Silylamines in organic synthesis. Facile synthetic routes to unsaturated protected primary amines.

摘要

The reactions of lithium N, N-bis (trimethylsilyl) aminomethyl acetylide with electrophilic reagents offered a short preparation of substituted and functional propargyl amines. These are shown to be useful precursors of various unsaturated protected primary amines. Addition reactions to the carbon carbon triple bond or isomerisation reactions gave rise to allylic, dienic and α-allenic amines.
