Synthesis, characterization and antitumor studies of Mn (II), Fe (III), Co (II), Ni (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II) complexes of N-salicyloyl-N′-o-hydroxythiobenzhydrazide
A new ligand N-salicyloyl-N′-o-hydroxythiobenzhydrazide (H2Sotbh) forms complexes [Mn (HSotbh) 2],[Fe (Sotbh-H)(H2O) 2],[M (Sotbh)][M= Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II)] and [Ni (Sotbh)(H2O) 2], which were characterized by various physico-chemical techniques.
