摘要

Since the discovery by Putnam and hferritt' of the anticonvulsant activity of 5,5-diphenyl- hydantoin (Dilantin), a large number of com- pounds have been prepared and tested2 in an effort to find additional substances of value in the treatment of convulsive seizures.
