摘要

Abstract The preparation and characterization of five new hydroxyalkyl silicon compounds,( hydroxymethyl) pentamethyldisilane,(α-hydroxyethyl)-and (β-hydroxyethyl) pentamethyldisilane and α-hydroxyethyl)-and (β-hydroxyethyl)-tert-butyldimethylsilane are described.
