摘要

Abstract Seven 3, 5-disubstituted oxadiazole derivatives, 3a-g, have been prepared by direct condensation of appropriate benzamidoxime with succinic anhydride. Spectroscopic properties, especially uv, ir and mass spectra confirmed the cyclic 1, 2, 4-oxadiazole structure. No ring-opened intermediate or side product could be observed.
