摘要

The photocyclization, dye-sensitized photooxidation and auto-photooxidation of 3- styrylthiophene have been examined. cis-3-Styrylthiophene undergoes photochemical cis– trans isomerization and cyclization to dihydronaphtho-[1, 2-b] thiophene.
