摘要

Chan and coworkers developed [¹6] a convenient synthesis of salicylates by cyclocondensation of 1,3-bis(silyl enol ethers) [¹7] with 3-silyloxy-2-en-1-ones. In recent years, we have extended the scope of this chemistry and studied its application to the synthesis of a variety of functionalized arenes.
