摘要

Abstract Reactivity of trifluoromethyl carbonyl compounds in a two-step reaction with dialkyl phos-phites (the Abramov reaction and phosphonate—phosphate rearrangement) has been studied and the scope of this reaction for the preparation of O-phosphorylated 1-substituted 2, 2, 2-trifluoro-ethanols, serine hydrolase inhibitors, has been determined.
