摘要

These compounds were prepared by a traditional version of the Pinner reaction [3]: The appropriate nitrile and alcohol were taken in equimolar amounts, and the reaction was performed in diethyl ether at 0oC. Shvekhgeimer et al. [2] took hydrogen chloride in a large excess. We reproduced these syntheses and found that the rate of formation of imidate hydrochlo- rides largely depends on the amount of hydrogen chloride taken into the reaction. However, even at full ...
