摘要

A mild and efficient route to enantioenriched aryl alkyl amines from ketones has been developed. The first successful synthesis and asymmetric hydrogenation of ene- trifluoroamides from oximes gave highly enantioenriched trifluoroacetamides (94–98% ee).
