Aug., 1949 A STUDY OF THE CHICHIBABIN SYNTHESIS OF PYRIDINES 2629 inhomogeneity present, determined as previously described, 1 amounts to about 5% for each isomer. A 53-plate distribution was run on a mixture of 10 mg. each of 2, 4-, 2, 5-and 3, 5-xylenol in the system cyclohexane-phosphate buffer of $ H 11.08.
