摘要

Abstract 3, 5-Dimethyl-DL-tyrosine, 3-methyl-DL-tyrosine, 3-methyl-5-iodo-DL-tyrosine, as well as synthetic intermediates and derivatives of these, have been prepared for study of anticancer activity. Preliminary tests on two members of the series against experimental tumors in mice showed a slight inhibition of tumor growth.
