[Description]:
AT-127 is a novel potent, selective nociceptin/orphanin FQ receptor (NOP receptor) agonist with Ki of 1.18 nM; displays >60-fold selectivity over mu and kappa opioid receptors; induces concentration dependent contractions of the mouse colon tissues with potency and efficacy similar to N/OFQ; a useful pharmacological tool for investigating the therapeutic potential of NOP partial agonists.
