Biological Activity
[Description]:
MS-377 is a potent, selective sigma-1 receptor ligand with Kd of 15.2 nM, showed anti-phencyclidine (PCP), anti-dopaminergic and anti-serotonergic activities; markedly increases dopamine and serotonin release in the medial prefrontal cortex, significantly attenuates the effect of PCP in rat brain.
