• 体内研究: 71915(5μl；i.m.；25-30 g雄性CD-1小鼠)影响BNP(1 nmol)和GRP(0.1 nmol)诱导的抓挠[2]。71915(30μg/kg/天)抑制NS-398降低血压[3]。动物模型：大鼠(雄性Sprague-Dawley)；称取150-180g[3]剂量：30μg/kg/天；输注3周给药：通过微型渗透泵结果：经71915(30μg/kg/天)预处理后,NS-398对血压的抑制作用减弱。
