[体内研究]

λ-卡拉胶(50 每两天mg/kg；瘤内注射)抑制B16-F10和4T1荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长[1]。λ-卡拉胶通过瘤内注射显示出相当大的抗肿瘤作用,并通过增加免疫刺激细胞的浸润和促炎细胞因子的产生显著改善肿瘤免疫反应[1]。
