[体外研究]

黄嘌呤氧化酶迅速并完全耗尽人红细胞中的次黄嘌呤[2]。黄嘌呤氧化酶(20 mU/mL,72小时)抑制人红细胞中恶性疟原虫的生长[2]。黄嘌呤氧化酶(0.02 U/mL,6小时)降低了从8天大的Sprague-Dawley大鼠幼崽获得的出生后小脑颗粒神经元的活力[3]。
