二丁基氧化锡制备

工业制法主要有以下两种:1.格氏法 以氯代丁烷或溴代丁烷为原料,通过格利雅反应制成四丁基锡,后者再与四氯化锡反应成二氯二丁基锡。二氯二丁基锡用烧碱处理即得二丁基氧化锡。格氏法步骤较繁杂,但副反应少,产品纯度高。2.直接法 包括碘代烷法、溴代烷法和氯代烷法其中碘代烷法最常用,直接法过程简单,但副反应较多,产品质量差,且消耗比较昂贵的碘。
