乙琥胺制备
由2-乙基-2-甲基丁二酸用氨水环合而得。将氨水(20%)加入2-乙基-2-甲基丁二酸,至pH为10以上。加热至200-220℃,反应20min。冷至50℃以下,加入氯仿。过滤,滤饼经氯仿洗涤后弃去合并洗、滤液,分取氯仿层。回收氯仿后减压蒸馏,收集150-160℃(2.13kPa)馏分,得乙琥胺。
