丙酮酸乙酯制备

1. 制备方法：由乳酸乙酯用高锰酸钾氧化而得。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入饱和硫酸镁溶液130mL，30～60℃的石油醚500mL，乳酸乙酯（2）50g（0.42mol），20g（0.13mol）磷酸二氢钾。冰水浴冷却至15℃，搅拌下分批加入高锰酸钾粉末55g（0.35mol），注意加入速度，待前一批反应完全，再加入下一批，控制反应温度在15℃左右。反应完后静置分层。分出有机层，下层浆状物用石油醚提取3次。合并有机层，蒸馏回收石油醚后，剩余物用饱和氯化钙溶液洗涤2次，每次10mL。减压蒸馏，收集56～57℃/2.67KPa的馏分，得丙酮酸乙酯（1）25～27g，收率51%～54%。
