二乙酰一肟制备

1.由甲基乙基酮与亚硝酸乙酯反应而得。在反应锅中加入甲基乙基酮；盐酸，立即通入亚硝酸乙酯气体。保持在40-55℃反应至气体通完。减压蒸去反应生成的乙醇，至90℃停止蒸馏，得丁二酮单肟。收率82-87%。

2.将甲乙酮与浓盐酸混合，加热升温至40℃，通入气体亚硝酸乙酯进行反应，温度控制在40～45℃：

反应结束后，加热蒸出90℃以下的馏分（反应生成的乙醇），残留物为粗品二乙酰一肟。用浓氨水中和粗品至狆ph值为6～7，然后用其体积1／2的水进行稀释，蒸馏除去乙醇至馏出物不能燃烧为止，
改用过热蒸汽蒸馏，收集得到的二乙酰一肟馏出液中加入适量精盐，冷至0℃以下析出结晶，过滤，甩干，再用水重结晶，干燥后得纯品。
